All three of your questions could be answered as yes. Stress is a major cause of anxiety and if it continues, so does the anxiety. If it keeps up perhaps you should talk to a doctor. They have ways to reduce anxiety that are very safe these days. Best wishes!

I would agree with Getting Older, the answer would be yes, in my experience. Second question in particular I would say is really possible, since i have anxiety most of the time. The symptoms are not always the same, It is almost every day a different thing, and definitely not all together, but  they appear again and again. I have weird thoughts all the time, usually I worry about my health, and think about all the possible problems my body could have. Most of those are serious illnesses, like heart attack, cancer etc.
The song problem is weird, but i have it too :( I really love music, but when I have anxiety, I feel like I can't listen to it, especially not loud music! It makes me even more anxious so I have to turn it off. Weird, some people say music helps them to calm down when they are anxious, I guess every case is different.

I have it for the past 7 months. You can read my post about my problem here: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Anxiety/im-not-sure-what-to-do-anymore/show/1382907?personal_page_id=1859769
In the beginning I had a derealization problem, where everything around me looked as if I was watching a movie, I felt like I wasn't a part of the world, I could touch everything, but it didn't feel normal. It really freaked me out, and made me depressed, I thought I was getting insane, and all those bad thoughts made me think more and more, and it only made the anxiety worse. The best advice I found is just to go on with your life. When it happens, you have to know and tell yourself that it already happened to you, and you are fine. As before, it will be over in a time.

Can anxiety be triggerd by something someone doesnt know and also by a fear opf having the attack again

Callum, great to see you are getting support from alot of people.  YES... anxiety can DEFINITELY be triggered by the fear of having another attack.  That started to happen to me a lot years ago.  If you feed your worries, they do get bigger.  That is why accepting your episodes and not fighting them (as difficult as that is) is so important.  You know that they do pass and that you do survive them.  Somehow learn not to fear them and they may start to happen less frequently.

Hi Wolftak i hope your okay, okay thank you i just have a few doubts that support that it could be something else as well as Anxiety, such as like random and parnoid thoughts, Wierd thoughts about where i am being like a fast ride, and constatally not shanking my attacks, also feeling physically ill

Thanks for your support

You are right that it could be something else.  Everyone keeps telling you that it is anxiety but we are not professionals.  That is why you do need to seek a professional opinion. Do you have an appointment?  We are here to support you and it certainly could be anxiety as well.  I know from my experiences with anxiety I have had times were I was convinced I was going insane or dying.  I remember lying awake at night gripped with fear that it was only a matter of time that I would be locked up in mental hospital.  But as I mentioned before that was over 20 years ago and things slowly improved and now I am very happy.  Anxiety can also cause physical symptoms.  Your symptoms can be explained by anxiety but you are right to question whether it could also be something else.  We understand your concerns even though we can not fully understand what you are experiencing.

Does anyone in your family line have a history of mental illness?

that is good that there is no one in your family with a history of mental illness... but do express all these concerns with the doctor on Monday.  It may take a few visits for the doctor to diagnose.  Do keep us posted and best of wishes.  Hope you can a better picture of what is going on and find some ways to manage this.

Hi i went to the doctors today and spoke to her about it, we disscussed many things and she gave me some options, she said it was unusual but she is doing blood test on me next week just to make sure it isnt linked to anything, If i turn out ok with the test she is then refering me back to a Mental Health center, mainly counsiling and saying he has gone past the talking stages of the treatment, She cant perscribe me Anxiety Medication as i am 16 and only a professional can although my dad said he doesnt want me to have Medication because it makes it worse

I am a bit upset with still no direct diagnosis

What your explaining sounds likes DP and DR associated with panic. Your mind dissociates due to the panic and you feel many very weird things. Some people describe it as feeling like a tiny piece of billions of pieces, others that the world is in fast motion, still others, that they are not real and everyone else is a cartoon.

First and foremost if these are new symptoms and you do not have a life history of panic / anxiety or a family history, get checked out.

Anxiety has subconscious triggers, that you have planted but are not aware of. For instance if you had a PA on the highway at a certain location, you may find that every-time you are in that area, or one that looks similar you have a PA or get anxious. This is because your evolutionary mind has built in flight to avoid a dangerous place. Very useful for tigers, not so much for exit 51.

DP stands for Depersonalization and DR Derealization, see below link for description:

Callum, sorry you didn't get more answers at your appointment, but remember that it will take time and patience and several if not many appointments to make sense of all that is going on.  Hang in there Callum. I am thinking of you.

1: Can Anxiety Be triggerd by something i am not aware of?

In Anxiety Disorder you are tend to get panic attacks for no apparent reasons.

2: Can Anxiety be constant alot of the time?

If there is an underlying cause that you are not aware of (or is not giving much importance) then yes, that underlying cause can cause anxiety to be constant all the time.

3: Can Anxiety cause you to think about wierd things

Yes, it's part of anxiety attacks.. it sometimes make you feel like as if you are about to go insane or crazy.

that is something we all deal with the dream states (or at least our perception of) and worrying about loosing control is probably true in most of us. Look for books by Ekhart Tolle, very helpful and good luck, never forget you are not alone

Dear,
There is a slight difference between being in dream state and feeling as if you are about to go insane or crazy..
while feeling as if you are Mentally ill is a classical symptom of Anxiety Disorder but being in dream-like state 24/7 can actually be related to some other neurological syndrome than just Anxiety.. please see a Neurologist to rule out if there is anything else other than anxiety disorder.
