Im aware of my heart beating, every second of every day

Im a 30 year old male and over the last few years ive become over aware of my heart beating, i feel it beating all day every day. I don't even need to check my heart to see how fast or slow its going i can feel every beat, im just wondering if anyone else has this symptom or had it in the past how you deal with it. Its super annoying especially when trying to get to sleep, it plays a big part in my life im aware of it all the time.

I have the same thing.  I have been diagnosed with tachycardia and a fib. When I go into tachycardia my heart rate will go up to 200 BPM. But it resting heart rate I average between 60 and 80. I can literally feel it throughout my body though. So I understand what you’re talking about. It’s like a fluttering feeling every once in a while. I have been tested left and right. I have no stress in my life. My life has never been so stressed free. It just happens and then it goes away. But the in between times I can still always feel  and hear my heart beating. The doctor say there’s nothing wrong and that this is something that is rare but does happen to people. So you’re not alone.

2 possibilities:  either you're imagining this, as nobody feels their heart beating if it's beating normally and you have a big bad anxiety problem and need to see a therapist, or, you have a heart problem and it's beating too hard and you need to see a doctor.
