Yes when i am extremely anxious my head spins and i feel so dizzy, makes the world feel so scary, which makes my anxiety worse, dizziness gets worse, its a circle of fear.  Chest pains and tightness is part of the package as well sorry to say..... learning breathing exercises will ease the pain and tightness and also the dizziness.....the key is learning to breath from your diaphram while having an attack, cause while having an attack you breath high up in the chest which causes the symptoms......

Google anxiety and breathing exercises and you should find a whole host of sites to browze.....good-luck xx

Yes it can be caused by anxiety from my personal experienced and been to seen a doctor few times, did a blood work which came out okay.As for heart problem i think ur too young for it but its wise to have it check out by a cardiologist or doctor, like me i have been through all those cardiac test and they said my chestpain is not cardiac related
