DEAN26, I thought I was the only one.. I've tried to explain it to people before and they don't know what I'm talking about. I don't wanna go to bed right now cuz of that and cuz I feel super anxious..

your post sounds exactly like me! I have had a similar sensation several different times that you were talking about and you are right I do jump up and walk around because I get extremely anxious from the sensation.
From what I've found it can just come out of no where. Dealing with school and kids might be some contributing factors. For me when I start to over-analyze why I'm having anxiety it only makes it worse for me. Its good that you recognize it as anxiety and can help calm yourself down before it gets any worse. Stress and anxiety work together too, my anxiety spawned from a stressful situation I was in so I think stress does play a major role. Just do your best to relax yourself and your mind and just know that its anxiety and nothing more. You've beat anxiety before so I know you can get over it again. :)
