Anxiety: coping mechanisms and other helpful tips please c:

I have panic disorder and mdd. I been on 50mg of Zoloft since about mid may. I feel much better since taking the Zoloft and a lot happier. My Anxiety peaks rarely and if it does its tolerable. I don't feel depressed at all. Since I've felt farely better since taking the zoloft I have put off going to a therapist but I still wanna know/learn coping mechanisms for my anxiety. Does anyone know or have learned any general coping skills from a therapist that would help with anxiety. I hope to eventually see a therapist myself so that I can stop with the meds there's just spot going on right now. Good stuff of course. Thanks always. -Lynnsee ♥

I love Yoga and Meditation, it helps to cope and work through the fears if they sprout up. I also love working out to get rid of some of the stress. There are many apps for the Ipod/Iphone/Ipad that have helped me that include guided imagery and relaxation music. It can make a huge difference!
