Anxiety, fear of dying and slow heart rate.

Hello,i do bicycling everyday and ussualy my heart rate is about 50-60 when i rest ,blood pressure 90/60 .Recently i began having panic attaks and anxiety. When i went to cardiologist :she said that my heart is healthy and all doctors said that i am healthy. But when i have panic atacks i feel like i HAVE NO ENERGY.If i am walking,i want to lie...

There are sum UFC fighters were they're relaxed heartbeat is in the 30s! Blew my mind but I don't think it's a bad thing. U just are able to really relax urself. Ya know?  My heart beat is also like that so Ya know when my heart beat is like 80-90 I feel like I'm having a heart attack just bc mine is usually a lil slower when relaxed.  Wit the ufc they say it's good they can relax like that I also thought wouldn't u die? But oviousbly not bc they train alot and are healthy as can be! And also u really shouldn't check it just causes u to panic even more I use to do it and was just a bad time... so hope this helps at all!

I also started having panic attacks this year and I actually went to my doctors in the midst of one. They took my blood pressure a couple of times and it was ALL over the place! So they decided to put me on a beta blocker to stabilize my heartbeat. It's helped a little. Just a suggestion for some research for you, Good luck and keep us posted!
