4sophie, there's a book I'm reading that I recommend for you as well. It's "Don't Panic" by Reid Wilson. He is a top expert who has a scientifically-based strategy for overcoming agorophobia/anxiety/panic. It is a genuinely novel approach, and 180 degrees of what you and most others are doing.
Thanks again for your support. Saw my therapist today told me I'm a worry ward. That worry is causing my panic attack and has become an habit since childhood. I'm helped with some excercise that focused on the worry, heart palpertations and panic and where I feel it on my body.hopefully I will delet this habit and go on with my life.
Yesterday is in the past (: put it behind you and try your best to make today better. You know mornings are bad but towards the evening its good that you are getting some relief. For me I always feel my absolute best a few hours before bed. Its something I always think about if I have a bad spell of anxiety, look forward to the evenings! Until then keep your mind busy like I said, I know its tough but only you can bring yourself out of the anxiety funk. Keep reminding yourself that you will be okay!
