My little brother has anxioty, so i know that if you exersise or chew gum it will prevent anxioty attacks.
Thank you so much for your advice. I appreciate it because I think the only people that can understand and help are people who are going through this themselves so I rather listen to you than some quack who is getting paid to help me and still don't help me. Your advice is well appreciated and I refuse to let this ruin my life because it will pass just as it came and somehow it just showed up and not easy to get rid of but I will be the victor and not the victim of course!!!!
Its extremely good that you continue to see your doctor and have therapy, but unless we push ourselves we do remain locked into a tight little world where all those doors that lead to a better life are chained and locked..No one can Recover you...By that I mean that you are in charge of taking little baby steps every day to longer trips, maybe a store that is not on your "Safe" route, maybe a bus that goes by your house and then you can get off a stop past it and walk back home.
You do not have to do all of this alone though. You can bring a friend or companion with you a few times and then leave them at the bus stop, or the checkout counter .....Every challenge that you face will make you stronger and feeling more capable no matter how scary it is in the moment..Good luck to you , would love to hear about your progress real soon....
