Any risk/hiv?

HI!

well 2 things

I never had sex or used drugs

but i have open cuts in my legs

very small! (.5-1 cm)

and i attend large bike rides (1000 ppl+)

and i was wondering if i could contract Hiv in any way

MY DOCTOR/FRIENDS/FAMILY said no that doesnt happen
and told me to calm down, i got a blood test a month after that bike ride and all normal

in summer i had pain in neck,groin,arm,elbow

BUT! my glands were not visible, different,abnormal,all 1-2 cm

and now it happened again and it is gone

but i got some abdominal pain (upper/stomache)

this cant be hiv right?
