Bad attack right now

İve again a bad attack right now. Cant talk everything including me is so strange and i feel like ill bow up in a second. Nothing really happened and i took my ativan as usual this morning :(((

Well, you may need a medication adjustment.  You need to communicate with your doc that your current regimen isn't keepiong the anxiety at a manageable level.

Im in therapy since 3 years and on meds all the time :(((

Sounds like a panic attack, and you've had them before, right?  You need top just let it pass, which it will.  Just keep reminding yourself, that no matter HOW scary the symptoms are, they will NOT harm you.

What are you doing to address the panic?  Are you on meds?  In therapy?

Why did you stop the meds when feeling good? İve almost the problem that the meds dont work after a while so i need to change....

Hi----I am also suffering a bad spell right now----I've been waking up almost every morning for the last 3 weeks completely nauseous and shaky.  I can barely walk.  I went on Zoloft, Seroquel and Remeron back in January.  I started feeling much better so I stopped taking the Zoloft and Seroquel about 2 months ago.  Now I am going through the same nightmare.
