Best medication for anxiety?

I have had severe anxiety for a decade. I get anxious and overly emotional about pretty much everything, I get bad panic attacks, been to the ER for those near 10 times. I also have health anxiety, and mild ocd. I have taken pretty much all the anxiety medications for some period of time but quit using them after a short period for one reason or another. So I'm not sure which ones really work the best. But I do know when I tried lexapro it seemed to make me sick. I am currently on klonopin. Which works great when you start to get anxious or have panic attacks. But it doesn't keep them from coming. I have had the worst anxiety and panic attacks of my life the past year and I'm so ready for it to calm down. Any suggestions on which medications work really well for preventing the anxiety and panic attacks, and hypochondria?

First step is seeing a good psychologist who is expert in treating anxiety.  Most aren't.  As for medication, this is very individual -- what works for one won't necessarily even be metabolized by another.
