Body expirencing anxiety but my mind is calm.

I've had anxiety for a while, not officially, but at random times for any reason, or no reason at all! But my hearts beats heavy and fast, pain in my torso region etc. but in regards to the actual panic, my body feels stressed and acting like its panicking, but my head/mind is relatively calm, weather it's because I've had it for so long and I've learned to deal with it/ignore it, or something else. I was wondering if anyone's had the same experience?

If you don't feel anxious, you're not anxious.  Anxiety is a mental problem, and the body problems flow from that.  If you're not anxious, and only you can know that, then there might be something else going on.  On the other hand, the symptoms you mention don't seem all that odd in life, and anxiety makes us focus on things more than they deserve, so maybe you are anxious but aren't noticing it.  Who knows?
