Can you die from a sudden panic attack?

If a person has no underlying health conditions such as a heart disease but has a severe panic attack which jumps his or her heart rates up to 180 BPM from 80 BPM within seconds, could this sudden, unexpected change in heart rate and/or the adrenaline rush itself kill you? I have read that 200k+ people die per year from sudden death syndrome.

If so, what are the chances of this happening to someone with frequent panic attacks?

Non-existant.  I also think your numbers are way off, you're obviously obsessing over your heart rate -- think about it, who checks their heart rate?  Are you getting therapy for your anxiety problem?  And stop Googling symptoms.
