I know how bad is it when you find yourself need to think about stuff that usually it use to be as a part of our daily life like eating and sleeping!
However, I had postpartum PMS which was coming along with some anxiety and the worst part was the lack of appetite.
The fact is anxiety affect the appetite big time either by increasing or decreasing.
What helped me is taking probiotic and digestive enzymes 3 times a day before eating like 20 minutes and even when I don't have appetite I could manage to eat but before I could stay over week with nothing in my mouth!

Anxeity and depression affect us in different ways, but when I was confronting it, I too had initially lost my appetite and had a hard time sleeping at night. This can really take a toll on us emotionally and it is sometimes a hard thing to confront. For me, I focused on the long term progress that I made. Don't forget to give yourself credit for what you have already accomplished...the fact that you are being proactive and making progress is great...with paitence and continued hard work it will only get better!
