sudden extreme body weakness HELP

Hi
I've been diagnosed with panic/anxiety disorder and i'm currently taking 1.25mg klonopin a day. I also had a supravetricular tachycardia ablated on Oct 8. Yesterday, after hours on the computer, I got up and felt such extreme body weakness, I feared I was going to pass out. You know, that kind of weakness that you get after a long bout with the flu. I havent had any fever or cold or anything. Of course, after that, I was so scared I got a panic attack.
Do you think that severe weakness is a result of anxiety or is it cardiac?
Anyone with a similar experience?
Please help, I'm really scared.

Yes, I'm in counceling for my anxiety BUT i wasn"t even anxious when i got this yesterday. It scared the hell out of me. I also have health anxiety, which started 2 months ago with my supraventricular tachycardia. Even though I had it ablated, I still worry about every palpitation.

I assume you expressed your concerns with your doctor.  For me, anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms, especially health anxiety.  My area of concern, and original source of my anxiety was concerns over my heart health.  I would feel every ache, palpatation, etc.  I would go get checked out and have the applicable tests done confirming I was ok, but I 'knew' they had to be missing something.  In my opinion, we can tend to become hyperfocused in on the area that is our cause for concern.  Are you in counseling for your anxiety?
