I started a job on 7/2/18 and wasn't ready but needed money.  I was so depressed and anxious still and PTSD from the rape.  I last 1.5 days and started to be stressed and sick to my stomach so I stopped eating and drinking anything and no clonazepam or any meds.   Not on purpose with meds but wasn't eating.  Well all week I felt horrible and called in. I am waiting to hear today often will let me go part for a month or two due to a family issue, me, hoping I can deal more with the rape and ease into work after 2.5 years off.

So I started to get weird symptoms like extreme fatigue.  Tired all day. Fogginess and hot and cold sweats and achy and vivid vivid vivid dreams.  Also stomach issues and low blood pressure feeling . Could this be clonazepam?

Sunday I took 1mg of clonazepam in mid morning. And 1/2 a pill in the evening and don't feel 100% but better.  Any advice would be appreciated.

It's withdrawal, yes, most likely.  Going back on the drug should help soon.  This is a very very hard drug to stop taking, do not do this again.  But you also stopped eating and drinking, which also causes all kinds of odd feelings.  When you get an anxiety problem, you have to eat better, exercise, do all the things you know are good for you so you don't feel disoriented, because when you do it will feel like anxiety feels and can trigger problems.  As for the PTSD, therapy is essential for this, it's not treated the same as other forms of anxiety.  There are some forms of treatment for it that help some people.  You don't say how long ago the rape was, so don't know if this is a long-term problem or if you're in the height of the problem.  Either way you need some coping mechanisms such as exercise, meditation, possibly hypnosis, there's an eye movement treatment that helps some and you might also research new breeds of marijuana that offer some help to those who nothing else helped for this particular problem.  But for the immediate problem, eat, drink, and take your meds.  Things will even out in a couple of days, I think.

You didn't finish, but if you're asking about stopping clonazepam cold turkey, don't do it.  It can cause seizures and can pack quite a withdrawal wallop.  You have been on it for a long time and it will probably take some time to taper off of it to best minimize side effects.
