Is there any numbness? We can't tell how severe this is or whether this is all in your head. Neck tension is one the most common side effects of being anxious. But it can also be something physiological, and so seeing a doctor will tell you more than we can about this. The knee part sounds a bit of an odd part of the body to get cold but if it's been going on for awhile and it's not normal for you to be cold, again, go see your doc. As for neck stiffness, it has nothing to do with lymph nodes, not sure why you're checking that. Are you an anxious person or do you just have these physical symptoms?
Yes, it happened to me too, and I feel it could because of stress and weakness.
Thanks for your response. I dont know why its come all of a sudden. I have borderline sugar plus high LDL cholesterol. Dont know if these are factors.
Thanks for your response. I have been recently developing some pain in my hips while walking. ALso, i had some pain on my shoulder blades for a day or 2 which then subsided later. It just used to come and go. And also, sometimes i've got pain on the back of my left knee. Can someone help me with this please. I'm really worried as to what's happening.
If you walk a lot for exercise, or run, or do hills at the gym machines, the hip problem can be bursitis. So can the shoulder problem. It starts out coming and going but eventually becomes chronic. It's left me pretty much an invalid. But this doesn't mean you have it, I was a heavy exerciser and I don't know if you are, and I'm also old. Again, we can't diagnose you. The following professionals might be able to (and might not): your regular doc, an orthopedic surgeon, a physiatrist (pain doc), and possibly a really good chiropractor or osteopath or physical therapist, who can tell a lot by moving your body parts around and seeing what causes pain.
