Constant twitching throughout my body mostly when i sit/relax

Sorry for being too long,
Hello everyone so I am writing to you because I’ve been going through some health issues on and off for almost two years now. It all started with my back when I injured it. After I kept having recurring back pain I was sent to specialist. An MRI with dye determined I have degenerative L5 and S1 disk and a minor bulge in the center of L5. I was sent to couple of months of physical therapy from May 2017 to September. It helped but I still get pains once in a while. The problem is that I developed pain on the left femur/thigh. I forgot to mention that the MRI also discovered a 3mm tumor believed to be enchondroma (non cancerous). I had a CT scan of that left femur area in December which showed nothing negative and the tumor had not grown and I was told its nothing to worry about. Around late September of last year I developed numbness/tingling in my left outer eyebrow. No pain unless I apply pressure to it. It came and went but for the last couple of weeks it’s been constant. Also in November I began having random muscle twitching all over my body starting with my left leg. I continued having them in my upper back, caves, lips, nose and eyelids. I read that this could be due to magnesium deficiency.

So for the past two months I‘ve been trying to eat very healthy including spinach/kale smoothie every morning. I also got into exercising again and began light workouts and swimming. I get tired very easily. Throughout the past couple of months I’ve had chills and fever symptoms randomly and my muscles and joints will hurt. Also in December I went through terrible sinus infection that lasted for weeks. Right now I am still having twitches and I’ve started to feel weakness and numbness in my right hand particularly in my middle fingers. I am 33, not overweight, and overall have been pretty healthy. I am going to get my yearly physical in February but could anyone help me out? I am starting to worry that it can be something like ALS. Also I recently had a Lyme disease test and was told today that it was “partially positive”??? I have no idea what that means but they want me to retake it in a month. Is this all anxiety related?

The smoothies I drink are spinach with apple carrots and water. I am not on any meds. I still continue to have twitches and my right hand continues to feel weak. I do get pain that raidats from my elbow down to my middle fingers including pinky. Sometimes the pain will be around my shoulder and radiates down to my bicep

Just to be safe I am going to book and appointment with a neurologist
I think I might have the answer for you, so discuss this with your neurologist.  Computer and cell phone usage is extremely hard on the neck.  When you tilt your neck forward, as you must to look at these small screens, all the weight of your head is increased on the cervical spine.  That can cause bending, which can pinch nerves, which you would feel right where you're feeling it.  I only mention this because you mentioned you watch a lot of shows on your phone.  A good experiment would be to stop using your phone so much, only when you actually need to, you know, make a phone call, and see if the problem doesn't ease up after a time.
I can see that being the case but what about the twitching throughout my body? Especially in my hands?
Again, could indicate a pinched nerve following from your neck down into the shoulders and following the nerve to the hands.  Could be a deficiency in magnesium or potassium or lack of proper hydration.  Could be an elbow injury.  Could be lots of things.  Only thing you mention is the phone usage, and that's becoming one of the most prevalent causes of spinal problems and pain in the world.

You don't say how anxious you are -- if you're anxious enough you can focus way more on common aches and pains than others do.  Your discs don't really say anything -- almost everyone will show some disc degeneration if pictures are taken and it gets worse as we age, but that doesn't usually mean it causes pain -- most pain is muscular.  Nobody here can tell you if something is wrong medically or not, and it might be that doctors can't tell you either -- some things are hard to find, such as Lyme disease, and just having Lyme doesn't mean you'll have any symptoms of it.  People differ in how well their bodies take care of things and thus how much of a problem something will be.  Nothing you describe sounds like something as severe as ALS, but you might be developing a form of fibromyalgia, a more common problem in depressed and anxious people because our nervous systems can get more sensitive.  Also, you don't say if you're on any meds -- meds can cause the symptoms you're suffering and can also cause magnesium deficits.  Keep looking for a medical cause, but again, you don't say what you're doing if anything to deal with your anxiety problem.  Therapy?  Meds?  Meditation?  You do say you're just beginning lifestyle changes, which is a good start, but also say you're getting tired, but if you were sedentary and have just started exercising, you might not have much endurance built up yet or might be overdoing it as you start up.  Lots of possibilities out there.  What's your instinct telling you?

I should add, there are smoothies and there are smoothies.  Some are just an excuse to eat a lot of dairy and sugar, which can increase inflammation.  Others are just juicing, which is a great way to eat more of something than you can at a meal.
Hello and thank you for your response! I am trying to live a healthier life style and trying not to worry to much about my health. If I were to categorize my anxiety it would fall under health anxiety as one of my biggest fears is cancer aft seeing my grandfather die from it at 92. Even though I know he lived a long healthy life it wasn’t easy seeing him in his final days.
If it were just the hand pain/weakness without the body twitches and the constant eyebrow are numbness I wouldn’t be worry. I would simply say it’s a form of tennis elbow because of the way I hold my phone and tend to watching a lot of shows on it. It’s the combination of everything that has me worried. I am not on any meds but I was on antibiotics for the sinus issues. I’ve heard that some people have suffered from twitches after receiving dye for mri/ct scans. I received dye in September for my MRI but I’ve had ct scans before with dye and never suffered from twitches. I’ve also received two rounds of the HPV vaccine and will take the final shot in March but I doubt that could have have caused any issues?
Also the smoothies are spinach/kale, and apple, chia seeds, and honey. I’ll sometimes add protein powder as well
