I would recommend going to your doctor and telling them how you are feeling, they will refer you onto a more qualified person such as a therapist. You need to speak to someone to establish why you are feeling this way and what is bringing on these panic attacks. There really is no shame or stigma about talking to someone, the first step to feeling better is taking the plunge and making that doctors appointment. I hope this helps somewhat.
