hey my names mike and i have mad anxiety and panic attacks all the time my brothers a Doc and I have been threw it all it kinda runs in my family but w/e ok so first you need to understand whats going on when you have the panic attack and the best way to describe it and to calm yourself down when you have or having it is theres something called "fight or Flight" its a natural process your body goes threw when there is a "thret" (ex. in a fist fight or a wild dog comes out of no where blah blah) and theres something in your head that releases chemicals "endorphins & adrenaline"(sorry for my spelling I suck haha) but anyway then these are released and you A. fight or B.Flight  thats why people talk about Mothers lifting cars off there kids and crazy things like that not saying there true but ya in our case our body releases these chemicals way to offten and way to much such as you might be over thinking something like bills or a relationship problem or friends or w/e and the avg person releases a little and it makes them aggressive or emotional but we release WAY to much endorphins & adrenaline and our body thinks there something it needs to "fight or flight from" thats when we start to panic and your body goes threw this process and trys to find this BIG problem and it makes your heart pound(blood pump) to get ready to run or fight and it makes your vision blurry trying to focus on everything around you, (or seem like your going to pass out. sounds like a panic attack huh? haha well if you have ever drank to much red bull your heart pounds and your body shakes and your body thinks your are making it do that because theres something wrong and like I said even the smallest thing will release those chemicals so when you start shaking or your heart starts pounding it releases those and then .. well its on, theres your panic attack     so the caffeine or sugar is just tricking your body and it just sets us off.      for the other stuff such as red meat things like that       i think that is just the natural effects of eating when you eat your body makes you tired trying to break all the food down and you feel that tiredness and it makes you "faint"  like you want to sleep and that will just make you "scared" because you dont feel quite right and anytime you dont feel 100% and you have anxiety you think your going to have a panic attack and one thing that can make you give your self one is thinking your about to have one its a different type of anxiety it is called something  I just dont know the technical term for it but the definition is "panicking that you are about to have a panic attack' such as you think your about to have one so you work your self up so much that you really end up having one

sorry I dont mean to go on forever but I live with it everyday and I try to help others with it as much as I can

Like Mr. Green said, caffeine and sugar. But I would add anything processed and refined plus some red meat and chicken. These foods have so many preservatives, hormones, and chemicals. Lunchmeat makes me go crazy. That stuff is a sandwich of death.

My mother's cooking. LOL.

I suppose anything that might contain caffene or high levels of sugar. Just the mix of what the medication is made of and the mix of what the food is made of might not go together. Give a bad reaction. But never heard of any one food. Maybe others have their food dislikes.
