When I first wake up and at night when I get tired

I have noticed that my anxiety is worse at those times. That is when I have most panic attacks but between those times I am usually fine. Does this happen to anyone else.

yeah with the 25 mg. it didn't make me sick and I slept great. I did tell my nurse today that the 150 mg. cut into 1/4 was much more than the 25 mg dose. One thing I considered is they are the extended release and cutting into fourths doesn't work all that well. I end up with one smaller piece and one bigger piece. I thought maybe if I took the smaller piece it would be fine. I haven't tried it yet though lol

I think you're right about your dosage. 1/4 of the 150mg is double what you were taking before! Doctors do their best, but sometimes we have to play with our med doses until we feel right, then keep the doctor posted. Were you doing good on the 25mg?

yeah it does seem the more tired I am the more anxiety I have. my doctor had given me a low dose of seraquil to help me sleep at night and I noticed with a good nights sleep I was in a better mood. I haven't been taking the seraquil though because I was getting 50 mg. samples and doc said to cut in half. Well they were out of 50 mg. last time so he gave me 150 mg. and said to cut in fourths. When I did that I think the dose was too high because it made me feel sick. So now I'm not sleeping good again and getting more anxious.

I used to have it the worst in the morning and seemed I'd get over the hump in the after noon. I appear to be more susceptable when I am tired. If I don't get enough sleep or get way too overtired, I have to watch out! I do what I have to, to keep as peaceful as possible. Some days , I just can't do much because of the fatigue. Studchick
