HELP! Back pain!

For the last two weeks or so, I've been struggling with a minor cold. I've got the basics, runny nose and the occasional flemmy cough. But just recently, I've developed a sharp pain in the upper right quadrent of my back. I can't tell if it's from the cold or if it's gas because it sort of feels like having a hard swallow, or trapped air. Another thing that concerns me, is that I've had a bit of blood in the mucus from my nose every now and then. Does anyone know what this could be? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've had bloody noses for years, that's just dryness and friction.  Nothing to worry about.  Don't know about the back pain, but it sounds like a strain that could even have happened with a particularly strong cough.
