Having a hard time sleeping

I am having breathing. I don't not if its the anxiety because I only feel discomfort on my right side of my chest. Pulmo dr says chest x-rays are ok. But its scary especially at night before I go to bed. I m think about asking to go back on Antivan. I didn't want to use it the first time, but man that stuff worked like a charm...but I don't want to get addicted.
I was also diagnosed with depression, so dr says I should get on an anti depressant...anybody got the same symptoms and any suggestions?

Thank You... I think I will keep an open mind to the anti depressants. But I want to be in a controlled setting just in case any bad side effects.

I have always found antidepressants the most effect for my anxiety.  I take xanax as well but without antidepressants I would not do anywhere near as well .

I get similar symptoms. Discomfort breathing, my lungs hurt, heavy breathing. I only feel it when my anxiety is high and the xanax has worn off. I don't really have any suggestions, just wanted you to know that you are not alone and if your Dr. says your lungs are OK, they are OK and it's just the anxiety. Like everyone here tells me - fix the anxiety, and the lung/breathing issues will resolve themselves.
