How long can Anxiety symptoms last?

I've come to the conclusion that I suffer dizziness/lightheadedness and muscle twitching all over my body because of Anxiety. I've had a brain MRI with and without contrast, blood test, ENG, and seen a neurologist. Nobody can come up with an answer to my symptoms that I deal with 24/7 and it's been 3 months. It started with my lower-left eyelid twitching like crazy, which drove me crazy. That was going on for a couple of months. After a night of bowling and drinking, I woke up with a terrible headache in the back of my head that lasted a week. I went to urgent care and they told me it was nothing and to keep taking pain killers. Then one morning I woke up with this feeling of being disconnected, lightheaded or dizzy. The second all of this started so did the muscle twitching all over my body. My balance and coordination is just fine; it's hard to explain this feeling, but it's always there, but doesn't usually start until about 5 minutes after I wake up. I get 5 minutes of feeling normal every morning. If you know what I'm talking about then you would feel out of touch with your surroundings. For instance, walking down a grocery isle with a shopping cart while looking to your left or right; you would feel like you're about to run into something and have to stop. I also suffer from IBS and haven't had a solid stool in months. I've been seeing an actupunturists for about a week now and that doesn't seem to be helping either. I was wondering if anyone else out there has been or is currently going through this? I've always been very active and fit. My diet, however, hasn't always been that great.

Thanks,

I wonder if it could be a mix of anxiety and mal de debarquement syndrome?  Take a look at that one and see if it might be something you're experiencing.  I wish you the best of luck and I'm sorry that you're suffering this way.

Thanks for the kind words and information. I wouldn't say I get a rocking motion or sea sickness feeling. The room isn't spinning or anything and I don't get nausea, just a high feeling or some form of lightheadedness. It's pretty intense at times and other days it feels like it might be going away, but it never seems to get to that point.
