I fail to understand myself.

I think I can not explain myself. I get hurt easily. I always blame myself for anything and everything wrong happens. I easily believe what people say and make an opinion. After a certain incident ( be it an issue with family member or a friend) i keep thinking over it to a level where i constantly talk to myself in my mind. I sometime feel like there is two side of me. I keep crying and a lot at night. Then i become very spiritual and talk to God. I also start counting how many more years i have to live like this. Am i turning crazy???

No not crazy at all. But in need of someone to talk to. You need to let it out. Also try to keep active. Go for a walk. Find something to do that you enjoy. Keep a journal and write everything down that you talk to yourself about. That can be very therapeutic.  There is nothing wrong with talking to yourself and there is definitely nothing wrong with talking to God or any other higher power. Stop labeling yourself or feeling you are doing something that is "not normal", my question to you is what is normal??? You have to love yourself first!!!!

Not crazy, but you don't sound very happy, either.  You're very hard on yourself for some reason -- we all have distinctive personalities, that's what makes an interesting world.  But if you're ruminating so much it's crowding out the things you need and want to do, something is up.  Anything happen to you at some point that might have brought this on?  Ever thought of talking it out with a therapist to see if you can work it out?  How's your life going otherwise?
