I'm feeling really really weird

Hello (:
At the moment i'm feeling really weird, it's hard to describe so i will give some examples from the last three month. It started with anxiety & insomnia and i also had so much energy. i could have slept for 4 hours and i would feel pumped the next day. a month later that energy went away and i got so weary but the anxiety & insomnia were still there. also everything felt so strange: the people around me suddenly seemed so far away and strange. after that i felt very uncomfortable every time i left my apartment, so i only leave it when really have to. i also notice weird aggresive sounding  whispering like a fly from time to time when i'm outside. i also feel so watched it scares me. all of this gets worse every week. i cant sleep. every time i get tired and lay down in my bed i suddenly feels so sick like i'm going to vomit and i have to get up again. im so tired all the time i think i will faint one day. yesterday at 4am when that annoying sickness finally got weaker i wanted to close my window before i went to bed i saw a car standing on the street next to my house with the lights on shining in my face. i got so scared i nearly freaked out. and i dont know why. these thoughts dont match the logic in my brain but i cant convince myself that they arent true. has anyone any idea what the hell this could be? it is ruining my life for sure.
thank you

The first thing you should do is find out what caused these feeling in the first place. I'm far from an expert, but feeling like people are far away sounds like dissociation to me. I'm not saying it's dissociative disorder. Dissociation can also be a symptom of anxiety or depression. You should also consider therapy. If you have, I hope you find help soon. :)

The best thing for you to do is to see a psychiatrist and I think that will help provide some insight to what you may be going through.
