Is my heart going to give out from all this anxiety and negative thinking?

Lately I've been doing pretty well with managing my anxiety. I've seen multiple therapists as well as been put on stronger medication, sertraline.

However not all is good news. This morning I suffered from a moment in the shower where I thought my heart was going to give out because I had my anxiety and negative thoughts again. It might have just been another panic attack with different symptoms but it felt scary. I had a tingling feeling around the area in my chest near my heart as well as in my throat. And every time I had a negative thought or thought of something disturbing, I get a feeling in my heart like it's about to stop. It's really concerned me! As of now, I have feelings that my days are numbered because my heart could give out at any second. Is it all just anxiety again or have I really developed a heart condition? Thanks.

I went on that site. Since I'm 22, the graph said I have 10-15% chance of cardiovascular disease so I guess I'm more safe from it than I am in danger of it.

Still, my anxiety just doesn't know when to chill. Like, everytime I have feelings and thoughts of despair, or derealization (thoughts like "nothing is good in this world or real"), I get a dull feeling in my body like it's about to shut down or my heart is going to stop because it's responding to these depressive feelings, as if it's giving up. I feel like, because I have full awareness of my heart, I can stop it beating whenever my brain wants it to through negative thoughts. I know it's sounds ridiculous but I can't help it!

Depression and anxiety work together feeding off each other so it is not surprising that you get these anxious moments.
It seems that depression is what needs to be worked on but we can't diagnose you. Try therapy and read some philosophy books at the same time to see if anything catches your eye to take your mind to a happier place. Lots of people get over depression with guidance (and it can sometimes be your own self guiding you via a book) although lots can't, so you need a professional to guide you through this to see if you can get rid of it.

The only time I had my heart checked was when my doctor listened to my heart beat and he said everything was fine. He tells me that I'm too young and healthy for a heart problem. I do trust him but unfortunately my anxiety doesn't.

Some people keep asking themselves "What if...?" so are not able to accept the doctor's diagnosis. At the moment anxiety is causing you to second guess the professionals so you do not get a break from worry, which keeps feeding itself.
I suggest seeing a therapist, if you can't find a book on how to accept this diagnosis. Some people never can, but lots of others are able to find a solution that allows them to accept that they are fixating on one possible way to die when there are hundreds of possibilities that can come out of nowhere as well but they never even think about that - and that there is nothing wrong and live their life without worrying about their heart. FInd your age on this graph, and you will realize how many other things have higher probabilities than a cardiac issue for you. http://www.businessinsider.com/the-most-common-cause-of-death-at-every-age-2014-5
I think I can see the key to the issue after rereading your last sentence - I believe that the crux of the situation is that you do not trust him although you want to and you mistakenly think you trust him now but inside there are nagging doubts - you have not come to grips with the fact that doubts are not trust.

The key to dealing with this is to find a way that you can trust him, because if that happens then anxiety is unable to operate.
As AnxiousNoMore did, when I started getting serial panic attacks I went to the clinic at the place I worked.  Not only was my heart fine, my blood pressure was on the low side.  It has ever been thus.

When I went to ER to have the panic heart check that most anxiety victims have at least once in their lifetime, I was told that I was fine. And if I really did have that problem for the week I held off going to ER that I would have been dead. So I was able to stop worrying forever that my heart was going to give out. Too bad anxiety doesn't work that way for everyone,.

Have you ever had your heart checked out and if so what did they say? I'm not a doctor and only they can diagnose you, so I am not trying to do that when I ask that question.
