I'm not a medical doctor, but I'm curious as to why you posted this in the anxiety forum?  To me, that you posted here is probably an answer to your own question.  People without anxiety would probably not consider posting under anxiety, but if you have anxiety, this probably felt like the right place to you.  Anxiety and panic attacks can cause a wide array of symptoms, dizziness and lightheadedness are some of my body's own personal favorites.

My guess is this could very likely be anxiety related.  Be sure to drink plenty of water.  Dehydration can also cause dizziness.  Age and inner ear infections from sinus or throat infections can also cause vertigo, or unsteadiness on your feet.  My mother recently had vertigo for over a month when she had something detach in her inner ear.  I can't remember the name exactly but the ENT said it was a floating something or other, and it just took time for it to heal, and the wobbly feelings finally went away.

So, it could be a variety of things, but my feelings are that if your instinct was to post in the anxiety forum,  that this very likely could be anxiety related.  If it's a new symptom you've never experience before, checking in with your family doctor is always a good idea.

If you do confirm this to be anxiety, I strongly urge you to look in to cognitive behavioral therapy.  Learning to change our emotional reaction to unpleasant physical symptoms can help banish anxiety and panic for good!  It takes commitment and hard work, but I believe anyone can do it once they've decided they won't let anxiety and panic run their lives anymore.  Good luck to you and best wishes!

Hello Grahamskye,

These could be a consequence of vitamin deficiencies. Please get tested for b12 b6 VitD n others. On the psychological front. are there any other symptoms such as stress? hypertension? if yes pl get to the roots of these mental concerns
My blood pressure is normaly fine, been under a lot of stress the last month so not quite sure what it could be,
You said you tried to relax. Did you actually relax for a few hours minimum or just try?
hmmm first step would be to approach a doctor for examination... Good Luck

hm.  No, I've not had that.  Are you dizzy?  Over tired?  Why do you feel this is anxiety?  What other anxiety symptoms do you have?

Yeah I always feel dizzy, muscal twitching in my face and things
It seems unlikely that muscle twitching is related to dizziness, and it is possible that you are just over-analyzing your body because you feel something might be wrong, then the more you study little things the more you think there is something wrong.
To try to identify if it is in your head, try to relax for a day (including no Googling for symptoms which is never relaxing) and see if the symptoms disappear. If not, see doc since no one can diagnose you from here.
Actually, there are nutrient deficiencies that would include both dizziness and twitching, such as a magnesium deficiency.  Viruses can cause both things.  Inner ear problems can cause both things.  You might want to see your doctor.
