Is twitching in my left arm caused by stress/anxiety?

About a month ago I started to notice my left arm felt like it was weak and it started twitching a lot. I had been really stressed and then I stupidly googled my symptoms and when I saw things like ALS/MND that sent me into a complete panic. I've had blood work done and an EMG/NCV test and all come back normal. That set my mind at ease about ALS/MND, but I have completely health anxiety now and my arm is still twitching a lot and feels weird. Is this really just stress/anxiety?? I'm terrified that it's early-onset Parkinsons or something else fatal since the vast majority of the twitches I have are in my left arm. I do get them all over though, which makes me think maybe it's just BFS. I'm so scared and the anxiety has gotten so bad I feel nauseous everyday and it's completely overtaken my life. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First step is to accept that you have no medical training and Google didn't provide you with a substitute ability to diagnose disease.
Everyone gets twitches, ouches, temp changes, feelings of loss of power, etc but ignores them because they consider them meaningless. You probably did previously too, but in your fear state you are over-analyzing your body looking for symptoms for Google to work on a theory with you.

If concerned about your health see a doctor which you did and nothing is wrong. If you still can't accept this, then try therapy so they can perhaps show you some different approaches to getting back to your happy life instead of futilely self-analyzing.

Thanks for your input. I've been calling places today to try to see a therapist and I'll be talking to my PCP about anxiety next week. I know that even if there is something wrong that anxiety certainly doesn't help.
Some if not all of your anxiety is self induced, so the first thing to do is to see how much disappears if you can accept that there is nothing wrong with you. The therapy is the best place to go if you can't do it on your own, but try to think about self resolution now that you know all your symptoms were just in your head.
How do I know all the symptoms are just in my head? My arm still feels fatigued and twitches a lot and I can't get it to go away. The neurologist said it may be irritation in a cervical vertebrae. The symptoms definitely seem to fit. I just don't know how to feel normal again and stop worrying that this is caused by a fatal disease.
If you can accept that there is nothing wrong but the symptoms exist then it is not in your head.
When I say accept, I mean totally accept it, not just sort of but with nagging doubts lurking in the background and no studying symptoms while you do your test for a few days.
For example, when my ekg came back perfect I immediately accepted it and all the symptoms that had seemed so real before suddenly disappeared.
