I've been having dizziness and chest pain for months but no answer

I've been having dizziness and chest pain for months but no answer. I have had EKG's, an echo ,A stress test,  chest x-ray,  Head CT, and an mra done everything has came back fine. Alcohol seems to make the  lightheadedness and dizziness worse. The chest pain is very  worrisome since I have a family history of heart issues.  Most doctors have pointed towards anxiety but none of the medication has seem to help. I'm 22 and a relatively healthy male. This has been going on for about six months. And hasn't gotten any better. I'm out of ideas of where to go or who to ask any help would be much appreciated

I'm  not sure where else to go since I have had all kinds of testing done. EKGs, Ct, MRA, Chest X-ray,  all kinds of bloodwork, echocardiogram, stress test, and still no answer.

Given your age I'm guessing, without knowing, that you've been going to the ER mostly.  It's very unlikely at your age you have a heart problem, but you could have a ton of other things (or nothing at all but some vague symptoms -- if you are an anxiety sufferer, and you say you're not, our nervous systems tend to exaggerate the parts of us that don't feel so good).  Nobody on here is a medical expert, but we have been through the rounds and there are a lot of things that can cause chest pain and dizziness.  The chest pain could just be something you tweaked -- it usually is when you're young.  It could also indicate some lingering hard to find virus because that could cause both chest pain and dizziness and can be very hard to find for all but the most dedicated doctors.  It could be a digestive problem (think ulcer, for example, or food intolerance), thyroid, blood sugar, circulatory, inner ear, and this is just off the top of my head and again I'm not a medical expert of any kind.  A lot of doctors are not very thorough, and a lot of them aren't any good at it, and sometimes it's just hard to find what's going on.  You do have symptoms of anxiety, but you're still saying you don't think anxious thoughts before this happened.  Anyway, that's the best I can offer up.

The first question is, do you think anxious thoughts?  Do you obsess over irrational fears?  In other words, are you in fact an anxious person.  If yes, your symptom are very much i line with what anxious people feel, especially the intensification of them when you drink alcohol.  But if you don't feel anxious, you're a calm person, you're not chronically thinking of worst case scenarios that interfere with your life, then it's not anxiety.

Since all of this has started I have definitely been very anxious I have been put on anxiety medication but it hasn't seem to help. The dizziness can come out of nowhere but is always present if I try to drink beer especially the next day
I'm not sure beer is a good answer here.  :>)  Talk to your doctor about the dizziness.  This could actually be an inner ear issue unrelated.  And it takes six to eight weeks for anxiety medication to work.  So, it's just now getting to a therapeutic level for you.  Give it time and a chance.  good luck
If you weren't suffering anxiety before this started, it isn't an anxiety problem.  Yes, you're anxious now, but having a doctor throw an antidepressant at you when it doesn't address your actual problem is an actual problem.  None of us on here can tell you if it's an anxiety problem or something else for certain, but anxious people feel anxious, they don't just have physiological symptoms.  So again, if what you say is true and you've only been anxious because of these physical symptoms, then it doesn't sound like an anxiety problem.  Frankly, if you have to ask, you probably don't have an anxiety problem, or at least not one severe enough to require medication.  You pretty much know when you're suddenly terrified to do things that didn't bother you before.  That doesn't sound like you.
