Lightheaded upon waking (not standing) nausea and feel faint all day
I have had lightheadedness for 2-3 months feeling like i will faint... i have had cbc, 24hr urine, heart holter 24hr, stress echo test and brain mri and ct all normal accept my wbc was 13.5 this happens everyday and they say anxiety?? Can this really be?
