Mirtazapine tapering
Has anyone successfully tapered off of Mirtazapine?
Of course they have. People have successfully tapered off all the antidepressants. This one hasn't had as bad a history of withdrawal as many others, but that's very individual so make sure your psychiatrist knows how to do this and treats you as an individual and doesn't treat everyone the same. I haven't personally used this one so can't give you any personal info on that. But the fact is, most people successfully stop their meds if they do if they do it carefully; if they don't or they use bad docs problems can occur, but again, this drug isn't one of the worst.
