Muscle twitching and itchy skin

Hi, a few days ago I started getting twitches in my fingers. I use the computer a lot for gaming so at first I didn't take any notice of it because the twitches were in the fingers that I use for gaming and I just thought that the muscles were being overworked but then I just started to notice it and this was after I was told by my parents that they would pay for me to start training for a Private Pilot's License (PPL) for which you must have a Class 2 Medical exam. This worried me and I started to take notice of my health, especially the twitching in my fingers - I went online and researched it and then I got worked up about it being something serious so I have now arranged to see a GP in a couple of weeks. But in the meantime I wanted to get some other people's opinions. I have started to get the twitches all around my body now, sometimes it isn't as bad but it just comes on randomly everywhere and I have had this for the last two days now around my whole body...my legs, arms, face etc. but it seems to go from each section of my body to another which is weird, the twitches stopped in my right hand and then went to my left and then I started noticing very small twitches around my body in different muscle groups and I keep getting a muscle spasm in the side of my forearm. I don't know if it is anxiety or something but it just got me quite worried and also another symptom I have been getting is itchy skin which I first noticed yesterday. I am now worried that it is something like ALS but I really don't know. I am on Isotretinoin for acne which can cause psychological symptoms which I am going to stop taking tonight just in case but I have been on that for a few months and it hasn't caused any problems. Anyway, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
