Anxiety can make you feel that something is wrong because you happen ot notice something that might have always been there and become worried that there is a problem. Things that you don't normally pay attention to get analyzed and recorded by you when you are searching for clues about your health.
So one thing to do is note what has always been around you and what is new. I feel what might be described as a slight lightheadedness once in a while including now, but that doesn't mean I have anything wrong, just that it SEEMS TO BE LIGHT. If I want to concentrate on it, I can even feel my pulse once in a while, or so it seems. In fact, it probably isn't light at all, so knowing that I don't have a problem I just ignore it, since it is probably just a lazy part of me asking for a break to lay down lol.
This is not to say you don't have a problem, just that it is useful to take note of what is really new and try to figure if there really is anything of interest that might require further review by your doctors.
My childhood was kinda nice no real stress , But i always was very shy kid socializing was never easy for meh. and i think i still have this problem. but would it affect me to the point i get really tired and feel like my head is really heavy? . thanks again
Well, you said you have been feeling like this since birth? In those 17 years, have you seen doctors about this? The symptoms absolutely are common among anxiety sufferers, but it's always best to rule out a medical/physical cause first. Do you have a hostory of anxiety? Have you always been the "nervous" type...even as a child?
I was diagnosed at 18 with panic disorder, but I was very anxious my entire childhood, to the point I wouldn't go to b-day parties as a kid, and I can recall having actual panic attacks. Therefore, I'd be curious if you feel you've had a lot of anxiety as a child, until now. If so, then I would say it's pretty likely that could be the culprit.
If you haven't had a medical work-up for the symptoms, I still recommend that anyway, even if you feel you have a history of anxiety.
could it be due to anxiety or depression ?
I wouldn't say you need to recommend a certain test. Just discuss this with a doctor and explain that you would like this is be looked into. Most likely, your doc will refer you to a neurologist.
Let us know what you find out! Good luck!
I hope you are feeling better. Yes a brain CT would be a good idea, however get an MRI of the brain and spinal cord instead. Also keep a daily journal of your symptoms for the doctor.
