First of all, stay off the symptom sites! I can NOT empathize that enough.

The ONLY thing going to those sites has done for you is to add fear there is something wrong with your kidneys or your heart!

If you keep looking, pretty soon you'll be able to add every other major organ and system to your list of possibilities!

I still suggest you go back to the gastroenterologist and inform him that the Librium only worked for about one week before the symptoms returned full force and now apparently you are having acid reflux.

These COULD be symptoms of anxiety, but until everything medical is ruled out, you can not simply blame anxiety.
Were you an anxious person BEFORE these symptoms appeared? Did you spend an inordinate amount of time worrying about your health?

If it was ME, I would go back to the doctor and discuss all of this with him. If he is bound and determined to call this nothing but anxiety, I would definitely get a second opinion from a doctor who is NOT associated with your current doctor in any way.

If the second doctor, after running tests and yes, possibly a second endoscopy, and comes up with anxiety as the most likely cause, then perhaps you'll have to accept that anxiety IS the culprit. I would definitely tell the second doctor that Librium did not work for you and he may script you something stronger.

I know it is frustrating when our bodies are telling us something is not right and no one seems to believe us, but you must also consider how powerful our minds are and they CAN make us feel sick from anxiety.

See your doctor, consider getting a second opinion, but keep your mind open.
Let me know how you're doing, OK?
I wish you the very best

Thank you for your time !
I have tried to search about this on the net I found these symptoms also matches with kidney as well as heart issues but I am not having any other distinguishing symptoms to pin point exactly what it is  ? I am also experiencing strong acidity and quite depressed as my dr is not able to pinpoint it he says only anxiety and stress is the issue . Please suggest Shall i rely on the same dr or switch to some other one . I am quite depressed.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but it sounds like you've taken all the right steps to get to the bottom of your problem.

I would strongly suggest you return to the gastroenterologist and let him/her know the problem is STILL there. They may want to do further testing, perhaps refer you on to another specialist, or try different medications.

I am NOT a doctor, so I can, in no way, even hazard a guess as to what could be causing this. I can understand that you are feeling anxious about your condition, but, again, I can't say if anxiety is the cause or the result.
Only your doctor can give you those answers.

I hope you get an answer soon, that your health and peace of mind are restored.
