Nauseous all the time.

So I get nauseous all the time,it never goes away, I'v been to the doctors and everything and they say I'm fine but I feel sick, I have been feeling like this for more than  year, the only thing that really helps are laying in a nice warm bath or sleeping in the mourning. I stay up all night trying to go to bed but the nausea keeps me up till I'm dead tired, This problem I have is keeping me stuck in my room, I can't really eat anything cause I feel sick if I do, and I can't do anything, I really hate this.

Iv been to the ER twice and getting new meds but still need to see an actual doctor and I think they told me to see a gastroenterologist just waiting now, Pray and I will too
