You are so not alone hun. December is when I got diagnosed also with anxiety. And panic attacks. I know its hard when it first comes on.. But you must try to stay calm. Relax and breath. Its gonna get better it erik take time and practice but it will et better. Anxiety is very tricky and taking to someone as son as possible if key. Like a therapist and your dr. I am new to anxiety to but I was able to get help right away which its helping me with coping with this and finding ways to deal with this..

First thing first hun don't get scared don't fear the feeling because it can develop into panic attacks just talk to your doc and see what they can help. You with a little anxiety isn't so bad just try to do things that make you happy more often
