Overreact and anxiety

Hey everyone!

So my problem is that I'm scared that my heart is bad or I will have a heart attack. I went to doctor like 2-3 months ago and my heart was checked there. It was good. Now I get this feeling just where my heart is. It doesn't hurt but I just feel something sometimes. This gives me the most anxiety and nervousness. Also my left arm tingles sometimes and I feel sometimes something in my chest but it doesn't hurt or anything. These gives me same symptoms but they aren't so bad. I also feel dizzy if I'm feeling nervous. Does these symptoms say something?
I also forgot to mention that I overreact usually to thing which can harm me. These are for example
if I read about diseases or things that can cause cancer. These things doesn't give me long term anxiety because there aren't any physical symptoms.

But questions are: The one I asked earlier. If you know what those symptoms are what I told earlier, can you please tell me so I don't have to worry for nothing. And finally how can I get rid of overreacting? If you can give some tips to overcome it or something, I would appreciate it a lot.

You have an anxiety problem.  Are you in therapy for it?  The symptoms you describe are very common with people who suffer chronic anxiety, and you're posting on an anxiety forum.  There are therapists who specialize in treating anxiety and if you're lucky one will help you stop thinking this way.

I don't have money for therapy so I will do self-therapy which is free and it will work because I want it to work. My mindset is that it will work and I won't let anything to hold me down. That's why I asked some tips that can help me go through this. I know I can do this!
I think it's very hard for us idiotic humans to heal ourselves, but many people have succeeded.  I hope you're one of them.  There are books on cognitive therapy that have sold very well over a period of years and have been regularly updated that have helped a lot of people.  Also, look into meditation, which can be very helpful.  Good luck.

I am in the same boat as you, I actually got quite a good tip everytime I feel anxious about a disease and/or condition instead of googling symptoms I google an animal that starts with the same letter and read facts about that animal usually calms me otherwise breathing excercises, reading, watch a movie just dive into something that occupies your mind completely. I am in the same boat on the heart thing I constantly think my heart is gonna give I am 21 years old and i've had ECG done and so forth.
It sucks I know but just try and keep your mind distracted and try to googling animals thing might work!
