Overwhelming gradual bursting feeling in heart

I have had anxiety for a while now. I know that I can create things in my head but I wanted to know if anyone else has had these feelings.

Out of the blue, anxiety starts in right where my heart is. It becomes more and more intense until it freaks me out totally and go into a panic attack. Sweats and shaking plus lack of speech ability and trips to the bathroom.

The weirdest thing for me is the feeling in my heart area. You see I have acid reflux real bad. I eat all the right things for the most part and still I have gas, pain (not just in my stomach), and I believe anxiety caused from it.

My question is: Does anyone else have the symptom of 1) A full or bursting sensation in heart or uncontrollable anxiousness in heart and 2) does anyone have shortness of breath problems on a normal day to day basis when getting up out of a seat or doing things that are basically not exerting. I am not overweight but 20lbs and I am a 25 year old 6ft male.

Thanks in advance:)

I have seen a Dr. All clear on EKG and Ultra sound. I just have been having a tough time wrapping my head around it being anxiety/panic and not something else. From what I have read it seems most with this problem have the same difficulty.
I sincerely believe it has to do with my gut and the acid reflux my esophagus suffers through on the daily. Me eating healthy seems to be a thin line to what helps. It seems I can only eat raw foods almost. Right now I am investigating into gluten sensitivity and trying to diet gluten free. Its worth a shot if it works I think.

When I'm having an anxiety attack my chest is the main area that feels out of wack. I'm no doctor but I just assumed it was normal cause the heart gets a pumping fast when an anxiety attack hits. Have you seen a doctor about your anxiety or shortness of breath? I also sweat horribly during attacks
