Panic attacks at school in first lesson ?

Hello.i am 17.I had anxiety for years and it was ALWAYS in school in first lesson.later i felt better,But now i have panic attacks even in home and a lot of bigger.Sometimes out of the blue i have feeling that i will die...All doctors said that i am heathy.My psychiatrist gave me medicament called allprozalam i then i feel really bad CLONAZEPAM but it one time didnt work and i had big Attack.And now after summer i am very afraid to go back to school .What to do ?

Do you talk to your therapist about your attacks in school? Ask your doctor if you can take the clonezapam before school to prevent attacks. I take one every morning to prevent anxiety attacks from happening. Perhaps this will help you too.

How much do you take  clonezapam ? My therapit let me only 0,25 tablette.And even when i got 0,25  clonezapam  i had a panic attack.And i will see doctor only after week and in school i have to go tommorow.I am afraid.

I am also on 0.25. I take one in the morning and sometimes evening. If I'm having an anxiety attack I will take one then too. Don't be afraid. Be confident  tell yourself you'll get through this and be ok.

Thank you for an answer.Do you do breathing excercises or maybe something that helps you than you feel anxiety ?

I do deep breathing. Positive thinking. And I try to stay active and keep my mind busy. Anxiety can strike out of nowhere with me. I can be fine then BAM it hits. Or somedays I will always feel a little uneasy inside and I know it's anxiety.
