Panic attacks are happening more at night and depression hasn't lessen, once I hopefully get back on my old medicine which is xanax it should help with this a bit more but still take the paxil in full with it to see if that would help with paxil

Xanax won't help with depression as it's not made for that but it can be helpful with panic attacks.

I took Paxil for a few months then switched to Effexor because it was giving me too many side effects (and I was on a low dose)
