Who knows? It's not an FDA approved drug, somebody cooked it up in their bathroom for all we know. It's basically a synthesis of clonazepam and alzoprolam, from what I can tell, but since it's not used by docs or in hospitals but only by those seeking a recreational high you're in territory without a lot of officially reported reactions. If you stop any benzo abruptly, as you apparently did, they are well known to cause a risk of seizures, so you have to taper of of them slowly. You say you were on vivanse, which is speed, and benzos, a downer, at the same time, so that's also a bit odd. What you're taking is thought to be much stronger than the ones commonly prescribed, but you can adjust the dosage assuming whatever you're buying is what you think you're buying from whoever you're buying it from. Now, as for detox, the way you typically stop a benzo is to taper off of it as slowly as you need to until you've gotten off of it successfully. Even then, you can suffer withdrawals, but you do eliminate the seizure problem doing it the right way. The problem with detox facilities when you're using drugs that aren't FDA approved for recreational purposes is that they often do just take you off the stuff and let you suffer the withdrawal, so choosing a detox facility requires some research. I don't know why you think it's going to kill you, what's killing you is stopping addictive drugs that are know to cause seizures without a slow taper. Because you're using a drug that isn't illegal but not legal either but one of those drugs designed to elude the law, your average psychiatrist or anesthesiologist who use these drugs the most aren't going to probably be available to help you, you're probably going to have to go to a facility that helps people who use illegal drugs get off of them, but again, make sure they know the specific seizure dangers of the one you've chosen to take.
