temporary xanax withdrawals
I am going to be totally out of xanax a few days before I'll be allowed to get a refill. Anyway to reduce the withdrawals? This happened once before and it was very difficult for me. Thanks
you could split up the ones you have left to make them cover you until the end...taking small amounts each day instead of none..but you probably still will not feel that great. Are you running out early because you are taking too many?? or not taking them as prescribed?? The only other alternative is to go to ER and tell them you are withdrawing and they may give you a few to get you thru..Unfortunately if you take too many or dont take them as prescribed, you will run out & you will def be sick stopping this drug cold turkey...it is a very bad withdrawal too...maybe this isnt the right drug for you & u should speak to ur Dr if u may be mis using it..it is very addictive.
