It deals with stress by using two plants that supposedly balance your hormones. It has some research behind it, but is sold mostly as a stress reliever to aid in weight loss. It claims no effectiveness on depression. The question would be, how severe is your anxiety? For more complete info on how to use natural remedies, as greenlydia said, try the complementary medicine forum. But with natural remedies as with medication, the only way you every know if it'll work is to take it, since people respond differently to different things. You also have to be careful taking natural remedies if you're on medication, and this one isn't recommended for anyone under 18, which is pretty odd for herbal remedies.
I have never heard of Relora before. A very quick scan on Google gave me this..........
"Introduced in 2000, Relora is the premier all-natural dietary supplement to alleviate stress, stress-related eating and promote weight management."
I can tell you absolutely nothing about this natural, herbal supplement. But from what I quickly read, it does not sound like it would be helpful in dealing with major anxiety or clinical depression. But herbal supplements are not what I know about.
I would strongly suggest you take this question to the Complimentary Medicine Forum and post your question there. The folks on that forum are far more knoweledgable about all things "natural." Please seek their advice on this.
Peace
