Body numbness that won't go away?

So, life hasn't been the kindest to me these past few years. Social anxiety, OCD and the common pressures of life (getting a job, choosing a college, etc.) you could say i'm made of anxiety by now. Last week i kind of had a mental breakdown. I felt and still feel awful. Now i feel worse because 3 days ago i noticed that part of my left foot is kind of numb. You know when it starts to "fall asleep"? Not completely numb, just a bit. Most of the time i completely forget about it, but when i touch it, it still feels weird, like it's numb 24/7. I looked it up and saw that numbness is a common symptom of anxiety. Considering the week i just had, it seems reasonable, however, i didn't see anyone mentioning it lasting for days even when i'm "okay". Is it REALLY anxiety in this situation? Or do i have something else? I'm really worried about it, the last thing i want is a physical problem to deal with :(

I've never seen numbness as a symptom of anxiety.  And nobody here can tell you whether you have a physical problem or not -- like it or not, that's a job for a medical professional.  The most benign explanation, though, is that you're putting pressure on a nerve repeatedly with something you're doing.
