Scared of peeing

im a freshman in high school and for like 4 months ive been having this urge at school only where i feel like if i dont go to the restroom every hour and a half i feel like im going to wet myself, and i start getting very scared. My family and I recently got a new home and when we move i have to go to a new high school and im very anxious because i wont know where the bathrooms are and that everybody will think im the weird new girl that needs to pee alot. Please i have tried drinking tea and i just went to the doctors a two months ago and i got tested and i had a bladder infection but because i have a horseshoe kidney. but now the bladder infection is gone and i feel like i need to go to the bathroom at school for like 5 times a day. Please help my mom doesnt believe me and i dont wanna go to a therapist :c sorry for the bad sentences i typed this very fast.

I recommend making a visit to the new high school so you can become familiar with where things are at. Chances are there are bathrooms all over the place, so you'll never be very far from one. If anyone asks you about going to the bathroom a lot, just say you had a bladder infection recently and it makes you have to pee a lot.

Your mom needs to trust you when you go to her with a problem like this and asks to see a doctor. Tell her that one day she'll be older and you may be making medical decisions for her. She'll want YOU to believe HER, right? ;-)  

You might want to reconsider not wanting to see a therapist. You don't want to live the rest of your life with this burden. Best to get it addressed while you're young, before it becomes really deep-seated. God bless you!
