School..

Hey, I'm 17, and in the last few months, experienced panic attacks in school, to the point where my legs go numb and i start to feel dizzy, and need to leave the class. I went to the doctor, and had a low vitamin count, took some cod liver oil capsules etc but i don't think it's going away. It's really getting me down because I can't focus in school properly anymore and think something terrible is going to happen in the classroom. I start to feel overwhelmed in large groups of people. My heart starts racing and i panic. Please help . Thank you.

Time to get a good medical work up to rule out any organic reason for these rather sudden "attacks."
The symptoms are pretty classic for anxiety/panic. After your medical check up, if all the tests come back normal and the only card left in the deck is anxiety, then it's time to look into some therapy to figure out where it's coming from. If it's not physical, then it's mental.
Something has triggered this, find that, deal with it, and get on with your life. Please don't ignore it. It seldom just goes away on it's own and if left to fester will only make your young life even more miserable.
Let us know what they say, OK?
Try not to worry..............just get the help you need.
Peace
