Severe anxiety in pregnancy

I am 16 weeks pregnant with twins and suffering from SEVERE anxiety and panic attacks. My doc just started me on Zoloft and Buspar. I have anxiety before getting pregnant but my Effexor XR was keeping me pretty stable. This pregnancy has me feeling like I am losing my mind. I am having severe anxiety and panic daily .. and several times a day. I am wondering if this is common with twins and if I will have some relief soon!!! HELP

Well hun I am 13 weeks and my anxiety was a bit overwelming in the begining but did my research and I am over coming my anxiety little by little I have been anxiety free for almost two whole months and hoping it will stay that way I a at high risk so I can't take no meds well I was never on meds to begin with I fear addiction and zoloft is no good it can cause birth defects to your unborn child which I pray it does not but please do not continue drinking those pills ask the doc if there is anything else they can prescribe you. Also I've been overcoming this with no mental medical help but therapy isn't a bad idea. I do research and practice a lot of things I read from people who have over come these panic anxiety disorders I know its hard trust me I got sick and tierd of sitting in hospitals so they can say its just anixety panic dissorders. Read my post if you like I am here if you need my support good luck on your journey to recuperating and congratulation on your set of twins God bless

Yeah I have Klonopin too but I am too afraid to take it! It's all so overwhelming! If you find something that helps let me know!  I would LOVE to find something that will help!

I've always had anxiety but since being preggo I've my anxiety is at a all time high. Panic all the time. My pdoc said it's pretty common to get increased anxiety when pregnant. The only thig that seems to help is clonazepam & its a class d Med. Therefore I'm trying relaxation techniques & yoga.
