Skipped heart beats

Hi .. im 25 and since i was about 15 i get skipped heart beats every so often lately they have been more frequent i have had 100s of ECGS etc and nothing abnormal however i am convinced there is something wrong i cant stop thinking about it and it makes me worse.. im convinced that the ecg is not picking a heart problem up because the skipping beats never happen when im getting the ECG done if that makes sense... how do i stop worrying.

You might not in fact be having any skipped beats, it might just feel like you are.  But frankly, a sitting EKG doesn't really do much.  Unless you get a stress test or wear a device as you go about your day and have that checked -- did you do that?  This is coming up a lot lately, but this forum's archives are so full of people who thought they had heart problems and didn't it just might be the most common thread.  If anxiety is your problem, if that's what's causing your problem, focus on fixing that.  Are you in therapy for this?  Are you treating the anxiety at all?  Have you learned any relaxation techniques, such as meditation?
