Someone explain to me if this is normal.......

I'll make this simple, I've had anxiety/depression for a little over a year, been seeing a therapist and psych for about 6 months and lately everything has been going a lot better, im going out a lot more, going to the gym, etc.  Two days ago I had my day all planned out, getting a haircut, going to the mall, go to the gym, come back home take a shower and go play poker at some charity place that closes at 2.
I did all the things I stated above but about an hour into the poker session I started to feel out of place/foggy, somewhat disconnected and confused..i fought through it cause I was having a GREAT poker session and ended up leaving the place happy (as far as money), but still in that state of confusion.
I went home and took my syroquil (for sleep) and 1 klonopin (before bedtime) and this usually knocks me out in about an hour, but this time i couldnt sleep until 9 in the morning (6 hours later).  The next day I was back to square one a type of depression I haven't felt in a long time so I stayed home all day, today I feel somewhat better and gonna try and go out even though the depression is still there in the backround.
Some things to know, I take zoloft 100's twice a day, and like i stated above the klonopan and syroquil (for sleep) right before bed time.  On that particular day (poker day) I only ate one meal in the morning, drank about 5 caffeinated beverages and it was a cup of coffee that put me in that weird (foggy) state.  And i think i should add that my g/f and some members of my family stressed me out pretty badly the day before.
Thanks for reading, sorry it was longer than i expected, and I would LOVE opinions, ty.

Feeling 'cloudy/foggy-headed' is a definite symptom of anxiety.  Almost as if you are in a daze.  I've experienced this quite often.  As a matter of fact,  there isn't a day that goes by where I'm not feeling at least one symptom of anxiety.

Setbacks are common with anxiety and depression. They do happen. We all have those off times. But we have to accept them as just setbacks. If we think ' here I go again '. Then here we will go again. Slumping back downwards and finding it hard to drag ourselves back up again. Try not to view it as bad times starting over. Accept it for what it was. An off day. Just a setback. But one you can get over. You have seen that you can do all those things you want to do before. That is proof of your own abiliity to rise to the top. Try not to be too hard on yourself over one off day. One can lead to two can lead to three. Only if we let it.
